By accessing, registering on, or using the phl168 platform (available at phl168.app and any associated mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phl168 platform. Continued use of phl168 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use phl168, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from phl168 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

To access the full features of phl168, including placing wagers and processing withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phl168. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• KYC Verification: phl168 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and any additional documents requested.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phl168 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

phl168 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

All financial transactions on phl168 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• phl168 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your phl168 account in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified phl168 account.
• Fully verified accounts typically receive GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• phl168 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

phl168 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phl168 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Modification: phl168 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following rules apply to all games available on the phl168 platform, including but not limited to live dealer games, slots, bingo, and specialty games:

• All games on phl168 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer streams, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by phl168 or any player.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phl168 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.
• phl168 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical issue that materially affected the game outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phl168 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. phl168 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phl168 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the phl168 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing phl168 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phl168 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the phl168 platform, its software, or its security systems.

All content on the phl168 platform, including but not limited to the phl168 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of phl168 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phl168 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phl168 content without prior written authorization.
• Use the phl168 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on phl168 content or software.
• Use phl168 content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of phl168 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by phl168.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl168 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phl168 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the platform's availability.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the phl168 platform.

phl168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phl168 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

12.2 Termination by phl168: phl168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, phl168 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be permanently forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phl168, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact phl168 customer support to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

For disputes relating to the regulatory aspects of phl168's operations, players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

phl168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phl168 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of phl168 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using phl168 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
